Winner of Vancouver Film Critics Circle Awards

Several winners of the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Awards sent acceptance speeches that were read out at the awards ceremony, held on January 10 at the Railway Club.
Jennifer Lawrence, who won best actress for Winter’s Bone , sent this statement:
“Thank you, Vancouver film critics. I am so excited and honoured to receive this award. Being able to share the work that I love with an audience who appreciates it is what makes this all worth it. The attention and recognition that our film has received thus far is beyond what I could have imagined. Thank you again.”
